Latest Marinusian News

March 5th, 2008: The website re-design continues to progress. The remaining details are primarily site content rather than infrastructure though there are still several links & pages that need additional work or are yet to be implemented. The major remaining tasks are to get a working & fast calendar in place, expand all the sections to include subsections, populate all the sections with content, and to create an instruction guide on how to edit the pages so others within the Barony can maintain the site should the need arise.

A lot of work went into some of the guts of the new site between November 2007 & Feb 2008 unfortunately has to go undocumented due to lost / missing notes. This is why there is a huge gap in the "news" dates.

Nov 4th, 2007: The website re-design has started. The big warning is that this is a work in progress. You will see a lot of broken links and missing pages as the site continues to be built. That is why this is in a testing section rather than live. If you find something broken, please note what it is and send it to the Webminister @ baronyofmarinus.org preferably with a subject line of "Site Page/Link: broken bits along with a brief description.

The big ticket items are site content, a better calendar, and subsections for the newly expanded areas like site content.

Nov 1st, 2007: Made a mention at Moot about needing site content for the various sections on the site so as to have something to populate the framework with other than placeholder pages.

Oct 30th, 2007: Mentioned at Investiture staff meeting that I still need content for the site.
